WHO IS THIS FOR
Sound familiar?
You’re the nurse or the high-achieving woman you’ve always been—the one who is ready for everyone at work and at home. Everyone counts on you, but you’ve lost your "self" and your identity apart from doing all those things.
You’re replaying shifts or work tasks in your head, even when you're "home."
You say yes when every part of you is screaming no because you've built your worth around being needed.
You wonder: Is it the job... or have you lost yourself inside it?
You feel guilty for resting, as if "doing nothing" equals being lazy.
You’re thinking maybe a vacation could fix it—but you know deep down a week off won't untangle this weight.
Here is the truth: No schedule tweak or day off fixes this. You’ll even carry the burnout to the next desk until you separate who you are from what you do.
THE WAKE UP CALL
One hour. No fluff. Real clarity.
This is a free, one-hour conversation where we stop talking about time management and start talking about YOU.
It’s a "wake-up call" to help you stop overgiving and start living.
The "Identity" Audit
We’ll uncover where your job ends and YOU begin, seeing yourself beyond the grind.
Boundary Blueprint
We’ll talk about how to say no, without the guilt crushing you.
Your Simple Next Step
You don’t need more discipline, just a new way of seeing yourself.

Hi, I'm Amanda
I didn't find this in a textbook. I found it on a couch I couldn't get off.
For 15 years, I was a Newborn ICU and Charge Nurse. I spent those years raising my daughter and ensuring she had every opportunity—skiing, sports, and stability—but between bedside shifts and parenting, my own health and hobbies stayed at the bottom of the list. My identity was “the provider” and “the one who could handle it all.” I didn't realize how fragile that foundation was until everything crashed.
The Accident
In December 2023, I was rear-ended just three minutes away from the hospital. I went in anyway and worked a full 13-hour shift while my legs went progressively numb beneath me. By the time I reached the ER, I had lost all feeling from the knees down and couldn't walk without a walker.
I had built my entire sense of worth around being needed.
I spent months on that couch, grieving the body, the career, and the identity I had spent my whole life building. For the first time, the woman who held everyone else together had nothing left..
Registered Nurse, 15+ years · Newborn ICU & Charge Nurse
Life Coach · Burnout Recovery, Identity, Mindful Living
But in that stillness, something cracked open. I started preserving flowers in resin—and for the first time in years, I felt proud of myself for something that had nothing to do with what I could do for others. I began the messy work of setting boundaries, letting people be disappointed without abandoning myself, and finally separating who I am from what I do.
Now — who I am and why I coach
Today, I coach women as my first calling in life, while working full time as a Newborn ICU nurse and charge nurse as my second job. My life reflects my values, not just my title. I’m married to a man who wrapped my cane in lace on our wedding day, and I live a life in the mountains that feels like mine. I’m not "fixed"—I still have a slight neurological deficit—but I am free, and I know the difference.
I still show up powerfully in my work, but I leave without the invisible weight of everyone else’s expectations on my shoulders.

WHAT MY CLIENTS SAY
Real people. Real shifts.
Working with Amanda as my nurse coach has been a transformative experience. What I loved most was how truly invested she was in everything I had to say; she consistently dedicated the time to dive deep into the "why" behind my experiences. This level of support helped me gain a completely different perspective, providing the prompts and insights I needed to reach a headspace I simply couldn’t have accessed on my own to achieve my goals.
Through our sessions, I experienced a major shift in how I view myself. I realized that while I am always the first to be everyone else’s cheerleader, I had also been my own harshest critic. This insight allowed me to finally pause, look at the big picture, and start giving myself the same praise and grace that I so freely offer to others.
My biggest win has been finally giving myself permission to be happy with who I am. I’ve learned to give myself genuine credit for everything I am accomplishing while simultaneously finding the peace to let go of the things I cannot control. I highly recommend GreenHaven Coaching to anyone looking to bridge the gap between where they are and where they want to be.

Amanda kept me on track and focused on problem solving rather than ranting. That’s a big deal for me because my mind goes in 100 different directions and her way of gently guiding the conversation back to the problem and finding ways through it was seriously helpful. I could tell she cared about seeing a positive outcome with my efforts, and her energy was infectious!
Through my conversations with Amanda, I was able to recognize the importance of forgiveness and letting go of things that no longer serve me. I had been holding on to someone and the feelings around the ending with that person. Talking about my feelings and having a safe enough space to do so allowed me to really consider things from a different and deeper perspective and through that I found deeper levels of healing.
No matter how much work I think I’ve done, life has a way of bringing some things back around to deal with on a deeper level. I appreciate having the opportunity to work on these things with someone else who can remain objective, and who is mindful of healthy ways of thinking and working through situations.

Amanda is a very good and active listener. I felt like she heard me and then asked questions to help me zero in on what is most important for me to be doing to reach my goals. She also shared her professional knowledge about subjects I was interested in learning more about and did some research to share with me, without telling me what she thought I should do. She presented both sides of the issue. She remembered the goals I set and followed up by asking how I’m doing with my goals. Her positive attitude and excitement as I moved forward was very reassuring and validating. Amanda has become a very good friend and I highly recommend her as a nurse life coach.
When I started working with Amanda, I was feeling powerless about the direction my medical staff was wanting me to go with my cancer treatment. I’ve been through a lot of treatments in the last 11 months which have been at times overwhelming. Amanda guided me to zero in on my fears and feeling helpless. She helped me to realize that I was reacting from a place of fear and instead she gave me the tools to be educated and come from a place of knowledge and power. I now feel confident to share what I’ve learned and the direction I choose to take when I meet with my medical staff. I have moved from victimhood to being a victor, with Amanda by my side!
I am powerful and on the right track as I move forward to regain my health and wellness, armed with knowledge, coming from a place of power and truth, not from fear.

Amanda is truly exceptional as a nurse coach. What makes her unique is how genuine and relatable she is. She has personally faced real-life challenges, which helps her connect in a way that feels genuine and meaningful. She celebrates your successes, stays with you during tough moments, and meets you right where you are. Her support is not only encouraging but also deeply authentic.
My biggest win has been shifting my mindset. Amanda helped me focus on making small, consistent changes instead of pursuing big, overwhelming goals. Because of her guidance, I now realize that real success comes from consistency, not perfection.
I gained a lot of insight into myself, especially recognizing that my previous approach to goal setting wasn’t very effective. Amanda helped me develop a more realistic and sustainable way to set and reach my goals.
Amanda is the key reason this experience is so effective. She brings authentic empathy, real-world experience, and a strong dedication to helping you grow. She openly shares her knowledge and lessons learned from her own challenges, making her guidance deeply impactful. Having her on your team means having someone who genuinely wants to see you succeed, helps you get back on track when needed, and motivates you to reach your full potential.

Your future self is begging you to choose different.
She’s exhausted from carrying this weight, and she’s ready for you to put it down. We often wait for someone else to tell us it's okay to stop, but you don’t need “permission” to take care of yourself. That idea is backwards.
You deserve rest, love, peace, and calm. You deserve to love the woman you are right now and the woman you want to become. Let’s make her proud.
Book your call today and let’s start reclaiming the real you, beyond the grind and the expectations of everyone else.
